At Atelier of Lumière, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and precision. As our garments are made in limited quantities or tailored to order, we kindly ask our clients to consider their purchases carefully before confirming an order.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and security ribbons attached.
• Items with traces of perfume, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.
• Returns are only accepted for standard-size pieces. Custom or made-to-measure designs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging.

• Exchanges are available for sizing or style adjustments, provided the requested item is in stock.
• If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit with no expiration date. Shipping & Processing
• Once your return is approved, our team will provide you with a return label and detailed shipping instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds or store credits are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Atelier of Lumière reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.
